• Etsy Store Data: Shop name, listings, orders, and analytics data accessed through the Etsy API with your authorization.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• AI-Generated Content: Images, text, and SEO recommendations generated through our AI tools on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our services, including listing management, SEO optimization, and AI image generation.
• To sync and display your Etsy shop data within our platform.
• To generate and deliver AI-powered content (images, SEO recommendations) using third-party AI services on your behalf.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Etsy API: To perform actions on your behalf (listing updates, order management).
• Wiro AI: Product images, listing descriptions, and generation prompts are transmitted to Wiro AI for processing. Data is used solely to generate requested content and is not retained beyond the processing window.
• Google Gemini (via Wiro): Listing titles, descriptions, tags, and product images are transmitted to Google Gemini AI (via Wiro AI gateway) for SEO analysis and optimization. Data is processed per Google's API Terms.
• Authentication Provider (Clerk): For secure login and session management.
• Analytics Services: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data for service improvement.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, Row Level Security (RLS) policies on our database, and encrypted storage of API tokens. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and Etsy tokens within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. AI Usage Cost Tracking

We track AI usage costs for billing purposes. This includes: model used, task type, processing time, and cost. No conversation content or listing data is stored in cost records.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Disconnect your Etsy accounts at any time.
• Export your data in a portable format.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
