By accessing or using ShopForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShopForge is a SaaS platform that provides Etsy sellers with listing management, AI-powered SEO optimization, image generation, competitor analysis, order tracking, and invoicing tools. The Service integrates with the Etsy API and third-party AI services to deliver these features.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Etsy API Usage

By connecting your Etsy account, you authorize ShopForge to access and manage your Etsy shop data on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• ShopForge acts as an authorized agent for your Etsy operations.
• Actions performed through ShopForge (listing updates, publishing, etc.) are your responsibility.
• You must comply with Etsy's own Terms of Use and API Terms.
• ShopForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

5. AI-Generated Content

ShopForge provides AI-powered tools for generating images, text, and SEO recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your needs.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.
• You retain ownership of content generated using your inputs and data.
• ShopForge may use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve AI models.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription plan.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShopForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
